1. As-Is Service

QR Forge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. StanHattie LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and continuous availability.

2. No Guarantee of Uptime

While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Railway, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend), DDoS attacks, and force majeure events may cause downtime.

3. Dynamic QR Code Redirect Behavior

Dynamic QR codes redirect through QR Forge servers. If our servers are unavailable, the printed code temporarily fails to redirect. We are not liable for losses arising from such outages. If continuous redirect uptime is critical to your use case, consider hosting your own redirect or using a static QR code.

4. Content Liability

You are solely responsible for the destination URLs and payloads encoded in your QR codes. StanHattie LLC does not endorse, monitor, or assume liability for third-party content reached via your QR codes. We will respond to valid takedown notices per our DMCA policy.

5. Analytics Accuracy

Scan analytics are best-effort. IP geolocation is approximate. User-agent strings can be spoofed. Bot scans, ad-blockers, privacy tools, and corporate proxies can affect counts. Do not rely on QR Forge analytics as the sole source of truth for compliance, legal, or financial reporting.

6. Third-Party Services

QR Forge integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare and Railway for hosting). Their availability and behavior are outside our control. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.
